Just downloaded the good old album Guilty, 1980 from Barbara Streisand with Barry Gibb. Hated the 80's, but this is all good memories....
By the way, the creative director for Gucci got the idea for a Guilty fragrance from Barbra Streisand's 1980 song, "Guilty"!

I bought this super cute pink and black hart printed dress from H&M online. It was actually my first online shopping from H&M, but I was very happy with the quick service and the dress (for only eu14,99). It is very short and sexy, don't know when I am ever going to wear it...

My aunt, psychologist and gender specialist prof.dr. Peggy Cohen Kettenis, showed me this wonderful book of photographer Srah Wrong and journalist Ellen de Visser. They followed a group of young people for many years in their search to a 'new identity'. The book will soon be published in English with the title Inside Out. Must get my own copy.

Have made some very nice cocktails with our new Kitchen Aid Blender. Works like a charm, it is super pretty and crushes ice (best feature actually!). Daquiri anyone?

Dexter

 

This TV series is fantastic. Very creepy, but at the same time also very funny. I already saw all the 5 series, so am now looking for a new one. It might be Breaking Bad, which is supposed to be a brilliant black comedy. Very funny, but above all very black....sounds good. Will keep you posted.

Fireplace idea

I have painted my very ugly stone fireplace and now it looks a bit more like this. Also snatched the idea of putting wooden logs in the empty space. It looks realy nice. Will post a picture of my own fireplace soon.

A Holiday in Corsica

I am so ready to go on a holiday, you have no idea.  Enough with the gray skies in Amsterdam. We are looking into Corsica, as we have never been there. This place looks beautiful, in the south of Corsica, it is called U Capu Biancu. Ahhh, and the music they play on their website realy makes you dream away....

Weddings

Just celebrated our 6 month anniversary! Theo and I got married July 23rd, 2010 in beautiful Piedmont, Italy and it was amazing, amazing, amazing! Now my best friend Lena is getting married in Sweden this summer!
